Our guidelines at Good Goodys

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by buyers resident in Switzerland via the Good Goodys online shop (8124 Steinmaur, +41 (0)76 256 04 18, www.good-goodys.ch).

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on www.good-goodys.ch does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to place a binding order (offer to conclude a contract).
By clicking the "Place Binding Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products listed on the order page.
Immediately upon receipt of the order, the seller confirms receipt of the order via email.
The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms dispatch of the goods by email.
In case of advance payment, the purchase contract is concluded upon the seller’s confirmation of receipt of the prepayment.

Let me know if you need this formatted for a specific section (e.g., Terms & Conditions) or require further adjustments!

Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and any other price components (excluding postage and packaging), and are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF). We reserve the right to change prices; the current and binding prices can always be found in the Good Goodys online shop at www.good-goodys.ch.

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address, order quantity, and type of item. The shipping costs (postage and packaging) will be displayed to the buyer during the checkout process. No additional costs apply for deliveries within Switzerland.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made by advance payment (bank transfer), credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
In the case of credit card payment, the chosen credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the order process by clicking the “Place Binding Order” button.
The customer may not set off any claim against the seller unless the seller has recognised the claim or it has been established by a final court judgment.
The customer may only exercise a right of retention if the claim arises from the same contractual relationship.
Until the purchase price has been paid in full, the goods shall remain the property of Good Goodys. Good Goodys is entitled, at the customer’s expense, to register a retention of title in the relevant register if it considers its claim to be at risk.

Reservation of Title

The goods shall remain the property of Good Goodys until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Until the transfer of ownership, the goods may not be pledged, assigned as security, processed, or altered without the prior written consent of Good Goodys.
